Kelsey is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and an FMAA (Financial & Managerial Accounting Associate). She holds a B.A. in Theology and Spanish from Wheaton College, as well as an A.A.B. in Accounting from Edison State. She has done bookkeeping for a variety of businesses and non-profits, from restaurants to churches to public relations firms. She has also worked in a busy CPA tax office and has volunteered with VITA, the IRS's free tax preparation program for lower income taxpayers. Kelsey specializes in clergy tax preparation and church bookkeeping and is particularly passionate about helping pastors manage their finances well. She is a pastor's wife and a mother of six, and she loves traveling, running, and listening to audio books.

An Enrolled Agent is a federally licensed tax professional who can practice in all 50 states. It is the singular highest professional tax credential awarded by the IRS. Along with CPAs and attorneys, Enrolled Agents have unlimited practice and representation rights before the IRS. EAs study for and pass three significant examinations covering personal tax, business tax, and policies and procedures of the IRS.
